Monday Morning we had this number….so heading towards the 3s. I’m on some medications now to dring my blood sugars down as well as my cholesterol levels, so moving forward.
I’ve been out of the gym the last couple weeks with everything going on at work / home, but plan to be back on it tomorrow. I’m hoping to be pushing down under the 400 mark by the end next week. Right now, just watching diet. Tomorrow we’ll be back to active duty.
