I got an E-mail back from Mark at Stu Segall Productions and he’s going to rent us the Police Cruiser for $75 dollars for the day…awesome! So we have the police vehicle out of the way now. That was probably the single major issue I was worried about on the production. lol.
So now the rest is just getting the locations nailed down, some props, the camera mount, and permits…lol But that wasn’t worrying me so much. I actually think I may have found a road to use for the cop scene that’s in town. Shannie and I ran across it while going for a late night drive last night. I have no idea what it’s like in early morning, but I am pretty sure its off the beaten path. I’m going to scope it out Sunday Morning to see if it’s doable.
We have to have a police escort since we’re going to have actors and a live police cruiser on set anyway, so since they provide traffic control, it probably doesn’t matter so much about whats going to be on that street if its reasonable. Should be interesting.
